Local police in Safi have launched an investigation following the circulation of a video on social media depicting a brawl between two individuals armed with knives along the coast, accompanied by false claims suggesting it was a robbery incident.
Investigations revealed that the incident was not related to theft; instead, it stemmed from a dispute between two drug addicts high on glue, over a bag containing the substance.
Authorities have arrested two suspects believed to be involved in the incident. They are currently in custody under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor, as investigations continue to uncover all circumstances surrounding the case.
