Moroccan agency “Eliator” has announced the establishment of the first national coalition of travel agencies specializing in organizing Hajj and Umrah trips, after achieving over 60% of registrations for pilgrims through the Bank Al-Maghrib.
The agency indicated that this initiative comes in response to the new regulations imposed by the international “Nusak” platform, which requires each travel agency to attract at least 1,000 pilgrims to continue its operations during the current Hajj season.
The coalition includes 33 travel agencies that have, in a short period since the registration process began, surpassed the required threshold by enrolling over 1,600 pilgrims. This reflects the trust in the new framework and highlights the effectiveness of joint coordination among the agencies.
The coalition is preparing to launch an expanded service program based on modern digital systems and rigorous coordination mechanisms, aiming to ensure a comprehensive experience for Moroccan pilgrims, including administrative and logistical support from registration to performing rituals in better organized conditions.
