The Moroccan Olympic Committee has allocated 34 million dirhams for the construction of its new headquarters in the capital, Rabat, following the identification of the construction site and the stakeholders involved through various ministries and relevant sectors.

A source from “Express TV” indicated that after the establishment of the new headquarters for the Royal Moroccan Football Federation and the Professional League, as well as the Mohammed VI Football Complex and the four stadiums in Rabat, the current focus of officials is on building a headquarters for the Moroccan Olympic Committee. The earmarked budget has been assigned after determining the location. The specified timeline for the project is twelve months, to be executed by Moroccan hands, similar to previous constructions.

In the coming months, Rabat is expected to witness the construction of several sports federation headquarters, as part of the kingdom’s policy aimed at enhancing the sports sector overall, and not just football.
