Amid intensive preparations for the new football season for Turkish club Fenerbahçe under the renowned Portuguese coach José Mourinho, media reports have revealed updates regarding the future of Moroccan star players Youssef En-Nesyri and Sofyan Amrabat, with a focus on retaining the former and contemplating the sale of the latter.

According to the Turkish newspaper “Tekvim,” Mourinho has made his final stance clear regarding Youssef En-Nesyri, expressing a strong desire to keep him in the team’s starting lineup, effectively closing the door on any potential offers for his departure during the current summer transfer window. The Portuguese coach believes that En-Nesyri possesses the physical and technical qualities that make him an essential player in the attack, despite some criticism he faced last season, even after scoring 30 goals in various competitions.

On the other hand, it seems that Sofyan Amrabat’s future may lead to a separation from the club. The newspaper “Fotomaç” revealed that Fenerbahçe’s management is open to the idea of selling him this summer to fund the acquisition of Malian international Yves Bissouma from Tottenham Hotspur. Both Juventus and Atalanta are closely monitoring Amrabat’s situation, knowing that the Turkish club has set a price of €20 million for his services.

Fenerbahçe plans to use this amount to make an official offer to Tottenham for Bissouma, whose price is estimated at €25 million, especially since the London club has shown no objections to the idea of his departure, particularly with only one year left on his contract, as reported by the British newspaper “The Sun.”
