Wydad Athletic Club has officially announced the departure of defender Jamal Harkass during the ongoing summer transfer window, following his removal from the plans of coach Mohamed Amin Benhamash.
The announcement came via Instagram stories after the player reached an agreement with Saudi club Damak to join its ranks, marking a new professional experience in the Saudi Pro League.
The 29-year-old Moroccan defender previously played for Raja Casablanca and Mouloudia Oujda, and has also represented the national team in four matches during the qualifiers for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, scoring one goal.
