Emergency Meeting at Qnitra Club to Hold Players Accountable and Terminate Contracts
The committee responsible for overseeing contract terminations, authorized by the management of the Qnitra Football Club, held an emergency meeting with several players, namely Issam El Farsi, Saad Khloufi, and Kamara Abubakar. The discussion focused on their performance during the last season and their failure to adhere to the club’s internal regulations.
According to informed sources, the meeting featured direct discussions regarding the declining performance of the aforementioned players, as well as their absences from contractual and disciplinary obligations with the team. During the meeting, the proposal to amicably terminate their contracts was explored, aiming to end the relationships with these players definitively.
Additionally, player Akram El Majdoub was questioned about his unexcused absence from training for 23 days without providing any medical certificate or formal explanation. Following an extensive dialogue, an agreement was reached for his return to training, with an emphasis on the necessity for him to be disciplined and committed to adding value to the club.
This move aligns with the new strategy being implemented by the management, focusing on a precise evaluation of player performances and curbing the leniency and laxity that characterized certain practices within the team in previous seasons.
