Ranging between 360 and 390 million dirhams.. Raja announces the club’s net value

The Raja Club Athletic announced on Friday evening the results of the second financial evaluation requested by several club members and commissioned by the advisory council. This evaluation aimed to determine the club’s net value in light of anticipated structural and investment transformations.

In an official statement, the club revealed that the evaluation concluded that the net value of Raja, after deducting debts, ranges between 360 and 390 million dirhams, which is equivalent to between 36 and 39 billion centimes. This reflects the true size of the financial and institutional assets of the green club.

The statement highlighted that the assets expected to be injected into the club, estimated to be between 80 and 110 million dirhams, confirm the alignment of the financial offer proposed by investors with the results achieved in the evaluation process.

The fate of the new investment project is expected to be decided during the upcoming general assembly, set for Monday, July 7. During this meeting, the members of Raja will determine the club’s investment future, coinciding with the election of a new president for the management board.

Leading the list of candidates for the presidency are Saïd Hspen, the former president, Jawad Ziyat, alongside the current president, Abdallah Birouine.

This stage marks a turning point for Raja Club Athletic, as its members seek to enhance financial and institutional stability and open new horizons for sports and administrative development, aligning with the ambitions of the fans and returning the team to the circle of continental and international competition.
