In a festive atmosphere full of appreciation for the efforts made in serving the nation, the Sidi Cidi region witnessed a series of official activities on the evening of Tuesday, July 29, leading up to the Throne Speech, commemorating the 26th anniversary of His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s accession to the throne.
The Governor of Sidi Cidi, Mohamed Ali Habouha, presided over a ceremony honoring several officials and employees with royal decorations, acknowledging their distinguished contributions in various sectors. The following individuals received the National Merit Order, Second Class:
Mohamed Ben El-Jilali Jawad, urban supervisor at the first administrative annex.
Mohamed Ben Meloudi Dallah, responsible for coordination at the Sidi Cidi Social Cooperation Delegation.
Mariam Bint Al-Hashimi Al-Washam, head of the National Education and Training Center in Ras Al Ain.
Mina Bint Abdelkader Wardi, facilitator at the Sidi Al-Aydi Education and Training Center.
Saadia Bint Al-Arabi Al-Noui, responsible for the guidance and assistance center for people with disabilities in Brouj.
In the context of promoting a culture of excellence and recognition of academic efforts, several outstanding students who achieved their baccalaureate diplomas for the 2024-2025 academic year and hailed from social welfare institutions were also honored, including:
Dar Talib Dar Al-Shafi’i, Dar Talib Loulad, Dar Talib wa Taliba Sidi Mohammed Ben Rahal, the rural family housing in Ouled Said, Dar Talib wa Fata Sidi Al-Dahbi, the multiservice social complex, Dar Taliba Sidi Abdelkarim, and Dar Talib Brouj.
