Mohammedia Launches “Opportunities Forum” Platform to Support Young Entrepreneurs

The province of Mohammedia has launched the new “Opportunities Forum – Ashaala” platform aimed at supporting the economic integration of youth. This initiative seeks to enhance support for project holders and startups through tailored guidance and specialized training programs.

Launched recently in the Ashaala commune, this platform is the result of a partnership between the local community and the provincial committee for the National Initiative for Human Development (NIHD). In just two months, it has welcomed more than 300 young people, with 120 selected to benefit from various programs focusing on training and practical workshops.

This initiative is the second of its kind in Mohammedia, falling under the third program of the National Initiative for Human Development, which aims to improve youth income and enhance their integration into the national economy. A budget of nearly 1.6 million dirhams has been allocated for the platform, which includes equipping training spaces and awareness workshops in entrepreneurship and skill development.

During a field visit on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the Throne Day, the provincial officials in Mohammedia, including Adel Malaki, praised the progress made in implementing the project. Meanwhile, the first beneficiaries expressed the impact of this initiative on their professional paths and entrepreneurship, thanking the support provided.
