CGI Launches Digital Platform for Remote Property Booking, Registers Record Demand in Initial Hours

Follow-Up

The General Real Estate Company (CGI), part of the Deposit and Management Fund Group (CDG), has launched a new digital platform named “CGI E-Sales.” This platform allows customers to book their real estate properties remotely, at any time, through simple and quick steps.

This new service enables users to browse available projects, choose suitable housing, complete the booking, and even make the initial payment securely, all without the need for travel.

The platform has seen notable success from the first hours, with 184 housing units booked within just four hours, particularly within the “Golf Villas” project in the Nouria domain in Marrakech. Moroccans living abroad accounted for more than 60% of the total bookings.

This launch is part of CGI’s digital strategy, aiming to provide a modern and seamless purchasing experience by integrating virtual showrooms and financial simulators into the digital platform.
