French National Arrested in Casablanca
The Casablanca police judicial service has apprehended a French national who is the subject of an international search warrant.
The arrest was made following a security check, which revealed that the individual was wanted nationally by the judicial police in Tangier, suspected of involvement in a case of assault and battery.
Additionally, a check in the Interpol database indicated that he is the subject of an international warrant issued by Interpol and French authorities for the execution of a court ruling related to money laundering and international drug trafficking.
The suspect has been placed in custody under the directives of the competent public prosecutor’s office, with investigations underway to uncover details surrounding the case.
