Aml Al-Fallah Sghroshni Launches the Seventh Edition of the Advanced Technologies Conference to Enhance Innovation and Sustainable Development

Minister Aml Al-Fallah Sghroshni participated yesterday, Wednesday, July 9, in the opening of the seventh International Conference on Advanced Technologies in the Service of Humanity (ICATH) at the National School of Applied Sciences in Kenitra. The conference was organized under the theme “Advanced Technologies in the Service of Humanity and Sustainable Development,” focusing on the role of technological innovation in addressing humanitarian and environmental challenges.
In her opening speech, the minister emphasized that the digital transformation in the education sector cannot rely solely on public action but requires a collective mobilization that includes startups, technology companies, researchers, universities, and investors. She highlighted a number of leading initiatives, notably the “Al-Jazari” network of national institutes for artificial intelligence, which represents a permanent bridge between academia and the digital innovation system.
She also mentioned the launch of programming schools “YouCode,” affirming that these initiatives are part of a comprehensive vision led by Morocco to develop a new generation of competencies capable of innovating responsible, inclusive technological solutions that align with local realities.
