Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal has reached a final agreement with Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou to extend his contract for an additional two seasons, alongside the remaining year of his current deal, meaning he will continue with the team until the summer of 2028.

The club’s management has finalized all details regarding the new contract, including financial improvements that reflect their appreciation for Bounou’s outstanding performance.

Bounou made a significant impact during the recent FIFA Club World Cup, contributing effectively to Al Hilal’s advancement to the quarter-finals, and caught attention with his crucial saves, notably saving a penalty against Real Madrid, as well as keeping a clean sheet on two occasions during the tournament.
