A Fraudulent Appointment of Three New Directors to Enhance Governance in the Ministry of Industry and Trade

Minister of Industry and Trade, Ryad Mezzour, appointed three new competencies from the ministry’s ranks to leadership positions during an official ceremony aimed at enhancing governance dynamics within the ministry’s administrative structure.

The appointments include Youssef Lakbida as Director of Food Industries, Rachid Al-Bahi as Director of Diverse Industrial Activities, and Abdelilah Boutibi as Director of Internal Trade and Distribution. The new appointees are part of the ministry’s core administrative team and are recognized for their rich professional backgrounds and practical experiences in implementing sectoral policies.

During the inauguration ceremony, the minister emphasized that this move represents a new pillar to reinforce the culture of efficiency and productivity within the ministry. He underscored the importance of enhancing coordination among its various departments to serve national priorities, particularly the promotion of domestic industry, modernization of trade, and ensuring food security, in line with the royal directives.
