The second edition of the “GO Tourism” caravan kicks off from Casablanca to support tourism investment in the regions.

The Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts, Social and Solidarity Economy, in partnership with the Morocco Entrepreneurship Agency and the National Confederation of Tourism, launched the second edition of the national caravan "GO SIYAHA DAYS" as part of the promotion of the "GO Tourism" program, aimed at supporting tourism enterprises and stimulating investment in the sector across various regions of the kingdom.

The caravan commenced from the Casablanca-Settat region on June 24, marking its importance as a central hub for domestic tourism and business tourism, benefiting from a rich tourism offering that combines beach, cultural, and rural tourism. This stop provided an opportunity for tourism project holders to learn about financial and technical support mechanisms through direct meetings with experts and advisors.

During 2024, the “GO Tourism” program supported 176 projects in the region, with a total investment reaching 40 million dirhams, including standout projects such as a tourist accommodation unit in Benslimane offering golf, kayaking, and water sports activities, and a guesthouse in Azemmour that combines leisure and recreational activities.

On a national level, the program has managed to support 973 tourism projects since its inception, with investments nearing 460 million dirhams, reflecting the growing impact of this government initiative. The caravan, which runs from June to November 2025, will stop in various regions of the kingdom to bring the program closer to local stakeholders and stimulate investment dynamics in the tourism sector.

The "GO Tourism" program aims to support 1,700 tourism enterprises by 2026 with a budget of 720 million dirhams, focusing on three main pillars: investment support through grants of up to 35%, technical assistance covering up to 90% of costs, and green growth support at 40% of the investment value.

Project holders, whether established companies or those in the process of being set up, are invited to participate in the program via the dedicated digital platform: https://marocpme.gov.ma/gosiyaha.
