A report from the Spanish website “eldesmarque” confirmed that Real Madrid has clarified its stance regarding the signing of young Moroccan international Abdullah Wazzan from Ajax Amsterdam. The team plans to have the promising Moroccan player as one of its key talents to strengthen the first team in the future.
According to the report, the 16-year-old Wazzan will join Real Madrid Castilla, following in the footsteps of other rising talents like Federico Valverde, Vinícius, and Rodrygo. He will gain experience in the youth teams while occasionally training with the first team.
On another note, Spanish newspaper “AS” indicated that new Real Madrid coach Xabi Alonso has decided to call up Moroccan international Youssef Al-Khadim to join the first team participating in the 2025 Club World Cup in America, having previously worked with him at the club’s academy years ago, thus placing much trust in his abilities.
Real Madrid is preparing to participate in the Club World Cup, which will kick off on Wednesday, June 18, with a match against Al Hilal in Miami.
