The family of Moroccan media figure Kawtar Boudaouage denied, on Tuesday, the rumors circulating on various digital platforms and social media regarding her death, affirming that she is still alive and currently undergoing a delicate recovery period in a private hospital.

In a statement received by Express TV, the family expressed their strong condemnation of what they termed “malicious rumors,” asserting that these false reports have caused significant shock to Boudaouage’s friends and fans, and have crossed the boundaries of ethics and respect.

The statement indicated that Kawtar Boudaouage has been hospitalized for a period due to a health issue and is receiving intensive medical treatment, under close supervision from a specialized medical team.

The media figure’s family emphasized that they will resort to legal channels to pursue anyone responsible for spreading this false information, given the psychological harm it has caused to her family and loved ones both in Morocco and abroad.

The family urged media representatives and social media users to act with responsibility and refrain from publishing or promoting unreliable news, especially in light of Boudaouage’s sensitive health situation.
