Germany has decided to gradually raise the minimum wage to €14.60 by 2027.
A special committee has proposed increasing the current minimum wage from €12.82 (approximately $15.01) per hour to €14.60 per hour in two phases.
On Friday, the committee responsible for wage recommendations in Berlin announced that starting next year, the minimum wage will be raised from €12.82 to €13.90 per hour.
