Akdital Expands Its Healthcare Network with New Hospital Opening in Rabat
The Akdital Group has announced the opening of Ibn Yassine Private Hospital in Rabat, marking the 38th healthcare facility in its national network. This project is part of the group’s ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare services and provide citizens with access to advanced treatment options across various regions of the Kingdom.
Situated in the heart of the capital, the hospital serves as a multidisciplinary medical center and a national reference for cancer treatment, boasting a capacity of 155 beds. It features comprehensive infrastructure that meets the highest international standards for medical safety and care quality. The new hospital offers a wide array of medical and surgical specialties, with a particular focus on maternal and child care through a dedicated unit that includes 11 beds, a medical nursery, along with six incubators and nine pediatric recovery beds.
Additionally, the hospital houses an intensive care unit equipped with 30 beds and multidisciplinary boxes for critical cases and long-term rehabilitation, alongside ten operation theaters furnished with the latest equipment, including rooms specifically for childbirth and endoscopy, as well as a postoperative recovery unit accommodating nine beds. The facility is also equipped with an advanced cardiac catheterization unit featuring two rooms and a stress testing room to manage cardiac and cerebrovascular diseases with precision and efficiency.
The emergency and medical consultation department operates continuously around the clock and includes ten beds designated for emergency cases. The medical imaging center offers ongoing services using the latest technologies, such as MRI, CT scans, mammography, and ultrasound, supported by the constant presence of radiology specialists. The hospital also has a well-equipped biological analysis laboratory that enables high-precision testing and quick turnaround times, enhancing the quality of therapeutic care and reducing wait times.
