Wydad Athletic Club Celebrates its 88th Anniversary Amid Festive Atmosphere and Crucial Match
Fans of Wydad Athletic Club are celebrating today, Thursday, the 88th anniversary of the red club, which was founded on this day in 1937. Over the decades, the club has become a cornerstone of national football and a symbol of resistance and Moroccan identity.
Many supportive and following pages of the red team shared photos and videos documenting the most significant moments of glory in the club’s rich history, highlighting several legends who defended the Wydad jersey and contributed to its golden chapters.
The official page of the club posted a message on the occasion, stating: “From a noble idea, Wydad was born… and from the heart of the nation, the dream began.
