"Mo Black" to Perform an Exceptional Musical Night at Mawazine Festival 2025

It is scheduled that the OLM Souissi stage will host a captivating musical performance on Friday, June 27, as part of the Mawazine – Rhythms of the World festival, featuring one of the leading names in electronic music, the global artist "Mo Black."

Mo Black, whose real name is Memo Falconi, is known for his unique style that blends rich African rhythms with the elegance of European house music, making each of his appearances a holistic musical experience that combines deep emotion with cultural depth. Over more than a decade, he has successfully reshaped the afro house scene, becoming one of its global pillars.

Mo Black has achieved significant success, with his music streaming over 160 million times, and his productions topping thousands of digital playlists, while his live performances continue to impress at major global festivals and venues such as Defected Croatia, Watergate Berlin, Beonix Festival, Tulum, and Avant Gardner in New York.

Recently, he electrified audiences at prominent global festivals, from Zamna Festival at the foot of the Pyramids of Giza, to Ultra Buenos Aires, via Delta Festival in France, and reaching the Amsterdam Dance Event, presenting exclusive performances under the MoBlack Records banner.

Among his notable works is "Yamore," which became one of the key hits of summer 2024, praised by top artists such as Black Coffee, Dixon, and Solomun, establishing a distinctive musical fingerprint. He also continued his creative journey with his latest work "Kuwe," which combines the spiritual depth of African sounds with the aesthetics of electronic music, in a special collaboration with South African artist NANA ATA.

Mo Black possesses a unique ability to transform every performance into a vibrant collective experience; his sets do not merely present music but tell the story of an artist born in Naples, whose rhythms draw inspiration from Ghana, ultimately founding MoBlack Records in 2013, which has become a global reference for afro house music.
