Khaled Fikri Sues Hicham Girando for Defamation and Spreading False News
Reliable sources have reported that the Moroccan judiciary recently received a new complaint against Hicham Girando, filed by Khaled Fikri, the former personal guard of the king.
The complaint follows Girando’s publication of statements via his social media accounts, in which he claimed that Fikri “was subjected to murder and abuse,” directly accusing the Moroccan state of being behind what he referred to as his “alleged death.”
According to available data, Khaled Fikri personally submitted the complaint to the appropriate judicial authorities, denying all claims made in Girando’s statements and asserting that those allegations are “false and misleading,” causing him and his family significant psychological and social harm.
This complaint is an extension of a series of lawsuits facing Girando in court, with suspicions of his involvement in issues related to fraud, defamation, slander, and digital extortion.
Legal sources indicate that the number of complaints filed against Girando is on the rise, which may expedite new legal actions against him in the near future.
