Arthur Sanchez’s Transfer Costs Wydad Over 10 Million Dirhams
The Brazilian club Fluminense revealed, through its annual financial report for 2024 published on its official website, the financial details surrounding the transfer of player Arthur Wenderson Sanchez to Wydad Athletic Club during the last summer transfer window.
The report indicated that the deal was finalized for 5.283 million Brazilian reals, approximately 10.56 million Moroccan dirhams. Additionally, the process included the purchase of the player’s economic and financial rights for an extra 2.889 million Brazilian reals, roughly 5.77 million dirhams.
The total value of the transfer exceeded 10.06 million Moroccan dirhams, according to the officially adopted exchange rate, making it one of the most expensive signings the red team has made in recent years, reflecting the significant bet club officials have placed on the Brazilian player’s services.
