A National Research Examining Employment within Civil Society Associations in Preparation for a Framework Law
The Ministry Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Relations with Parliament, in partnership with the National Observatory for Human Development, has launched a national field study on the reality of employment within civil society associations under the theme “Together for a National Compass for Integration.”
This research seeks to deepen the understanding of working conditions within the associative fabric, assess the nature of jobs provided by associations, and their contributions to employment, while also addressing the economic and social challenges that hinder professional performance within this sector.
The initiative aims to establish a solid foundation for building a clear public policy based on accurate data concerning the labor market within the civil society sector, paving the way for the drafting of a framework law specifically for employment in this field, marking a precedent in managing the relationship between the state and the associative fabric.
The ministry has issued a clear call to association leaders to engage with this field study and actively contribute to its success by providing the required data and facilitating the work of researchers appointed by the National Observatory for Human Development.
