A National Study on the Employment Situation within Civil Society Associations in Preparation for Developing a Framework Law

- in Society

A national survey monitoring the employment situation within civil society associations has been launched in preparation for the drafting of a framework law.

The Ministry in charge of Relations with Parliament, in partnership with the National Observatory for Human Development, initiated a national field study focusing on the realities of employment within civil society associations under the slogan “Together for a National Compass for Integration.”

This survey aims to foster a deeper understanding of the working conditions within the associative fabric, assess the nature of jobs provided by associations, evaluate their contribution to employment, and identify the economic and social challenges hindering professional performance in this sector.

This initiative seeks to establish a solid foundation for developing a clear public policy based on accurate data regarding the labor market within civil society, laying the groundwork for a draft framework law specifically regulating employment for workers in this field. This is seen as a first in managing the relationship between the state and the associative fabric.

The ministry has issued a clear call for association leaders to engage with this field study and actively participate in its success by providing the necessary information and facilitating the work of researchers appointed by the National Observatory for Human Development.
