Following the completion of the legal alignment processes for its system and the establishment of the joint-stock sports company for Raja Sports Club on August 3, 2022, discussions are now focused on potential deals to sell shares of the company to some local investors and two public companies.
Some club members have expressed concerns about the idea, but the majority view it as a positive step, provided that the association retains thirty percent of the company’s shares, which means that the club’s decisions will still be in the hands of the members, in accordance with Article 15 of Law 30.09.
Is Raja heading towards a groundbreaking transition in the management system of the national league?
