Casablanca Stock Exchange Opens Trading with Gains
The Casablanca Stock Exchange began its trading on Monday with a notable increase, as its main index “MASI” grew by 2.4%, settling at 16,455.5 points.
The “MASI.20” index, which reflects the performance of 20 listed companies, also saw an advancement of 2.67% to reach 1,339.7 points. Furthermore, the “MASI.ESG” index, representing companies with top ratings, rose by 2.3%, concluding at 1,132.62 points.
Previously, the “MASI” index had ended trading last Friday with a loss of 1.87%.
