Reports indicate that French club Olympique de Marseille is preparing to make an official offer to acquire Moroccan striker Hamza Ighliiman, a player for Scottish club Rangers, during the upcoming summer transfer window.
The English platform “TEAMtalk” reported that Marseille’s management, led by Italian coach Roberto De Zerbi, has shown significant interest in the Moroccan goal scorer and has taken serious steps towards signing him, as the team seeks to strengthen its attacking line.
Rangers has set Ighliiman’s value at around £20 million, with other clubs in the mix, notably Everton and Tottenham from the English Premier League.
Hamza Ighliiman is considered one of the standout stars for Rangers this season, having participated in 41 matches across various competitions, of which 26 were as a starter, successfully scoring 15 goals and providing three assists.
