Putin Resumes Targeting Ukraine’s Energy Infrastructure
The Kremlin announced today, Friday, that the order issued by Russian President Vladimir Putin last March to refrain from targeting energy facilities in Ukraine for 30 days has “expired.”
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated in a press conference, “The deadline has ended. Currently, there are no further instructions from the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, President Putin.”
