Appointment of New Judges at the Court of First Instance in El Jadida

On Wednesday, a ceremony was held at the Court of First Instance in El Jadida to install three new judges during an official session presided over by the court’s president, Mohamed Ait Hmad, in the presence of the public prosecutor, Abdel Rahim Sawi.

The three judges, Rabiaa Al-Aalam, Abdel Salam Shammami, and Jihan Saber, were appointed to the judicial bench at the Court of First Instance in El Jadida, and they belong to the 47th group of judicial attachés.

In his speech on this occasion, Ait Hmad congratulated the new judges on the esteemed royal trust they received and urged them to rise to the serious responsibilities placed upon them by ensuring justice is served with independence, impartiality, and integrity.

Ait Hmad also called on the new judges to carry out their duties faithfully and sincerely, to keep deliberations confidential, and to conduct themselves as honest judges who are loyal to their oath. He wished them every success in their professional careers.

The installation ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including Rashid Mahmoud, the president of the El Jadida Court of Appeal, the Attorney General Mohamed Anis, and Hamid Bastili, the president of the Bar Association of El Jadida and Sidi Bennour.
